RETURN

Returns are accepted on full price products only. Returns won't be accepted on Sales items. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must be included with your return. 

We do not cover the cost of return shipments. Your order will be refunded the day it arrives back to us.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged). 

If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable) but not the cost of shipping.


EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we can only do exchanges if you are switching out the same style for another color or size, or you are switching out an item for something that costs the same. We cannot do exchanges otherwise. If you have purchased an item and would love to trade it out for something else, you have to return the item and then purchase the new one. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Taxes / Duties / Refused Shipments

You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We are so sorry but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and KIMEM is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from KIMEM, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to KIMEM. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Returns must be sent via Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Once your package has been received at KIMEM your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.  If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at info@kimemclothing.com as you may have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging an item that has been damaged).

KIMEM ships all orders with insurance so please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly.  Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods may be returned to KIMEM, with all such returns subject to these Terms of Use. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

KIMEM is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of KIMEM.
